Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break areas, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactors and bailers, clean spills, and use power washers on sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment in break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
6. Resupply items as needed.
7. Use cones to indicate hazardous floor conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to learn to operate required equipment and tools.
• Complete the company's introductory probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to job and safety.
• Adherence to performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to perform all functions safely.
• Willingness to wear proper attire and shoes approved for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift of 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Maximal job cycles.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for 55%, sitting 0%, walking 45% of the time.
• Category IV physical activity.
• Maximum pull static of 20 lbs.
