Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in office and conference spaces.
3. Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washer for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces.
6. Clean mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
7. Resupply items as needed.
8. Use floor cones to indicate hazardous conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand safety regulations and company policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Willing to learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.
• Complete the company's introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to the job and safety.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance and safety.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, sit 0%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Category IV tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
