Primary Purpose

The main responsibility of this role is to maintain cleanliness in office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and lunch areas. This includes trash removal, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop tiles in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washers for sidewalk cleaning.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment in all areas.
6. Resupply items as needed.
7. Use floor cones to mark hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools.
• Complete the 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to job and safety.
• Adhere to company performance and attendance standards.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity with maximum cycles.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Category IV physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
