The main responsibilities include cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, removing trash, operating cleaning equipment, and spill cleanup.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop floors in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactors and bailers, clean spills, and use power washers for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces.
6. Clean mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in all break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
7. Resupply items as needed.
8. Use cones to mark hazardous floor conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Complete a 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to job and safety.
• Adherence to uniform and safety attire requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing 55%, walking 45%, and static pulling up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and handbooks is expected.
