Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in office and conference spaces.
3. Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washer for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces.
6. Clean mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
7. Resupply items as needed.
8. Use floor cones to mark hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand safety policies and regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate job-related equipment and tools.
• Complete the company's introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English regarding job and safety procedures.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance and safety.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes approved for the job.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs.
• Job cycles: continuous maximum.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements
