Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break areas, removing trash, operating cleaning equipment, and spill cleanup.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start, including equipment and PPE checks.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop restroom and break area floors.
4. Remove trash, operate compactors and bailers, clean spills, and use power washers for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment.
6. Resupply items as needed.
7. Use floor cones to mark hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and follow safety and company policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Complete the company's introductory period.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Adhere to performance standards, including attendance.
• Perform all duties safely and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, variable based on needs.
• Job involves standing (55%) and walking (45%).
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Static pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and handbooks.
