Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to safety concerns within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

• Operate the gas station safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers and complete transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the gas station area.
• Respond to emergency situations and safety concerns.
• Resupply and manage inventory of island items.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
• Maintain snow removal and general cleanliness of the area.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand safety policies and procedures.
• Physical ability to meet ergonomic requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Meet performance standards and maintain regular attendance.
• Ability to operate required equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift of 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Stand for 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Perform physical tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Understanding of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
