Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station facility, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

1. Operate the gas station, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
2. Assist customers with transactions and inquiries.
3. Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and handle trash removal.
4. Perform snow removal and other maintenance tasks as needed.
5. Supervise and train team members, schedule work, and manage inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand safety policies and procedures.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Adherence to performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to use or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs.
• Stand for approximately 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Perform tasks requiring static pulling force up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
