Primary Purpose

This role involves operating and ensuring the safety of the gas station facility, assisting customers, maintaining product levels and cleanliness, and responding to emergencies or safety concerns within the gas station area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, check product dates, update pricing, and perform department tasks as needed.
• Resupply island items, including moving cartons of oil, refilling window washer containers, and restocking paper towels.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
• Maintain cleanliness and snow removal at the station.
• Assist customers and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Ability to learn and use necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual maximum.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
