Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station facility, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to emergencies or safety concerns in the gas station area.

Responsibilities

1. Operate the gas station, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
2. Assist customers and complete transactions.
3. Resupply island items, including moving cartons, refilling containers, and restocking.
4. Maintain cleanliness and perform snow removal as needed.
5. Handle trash collection and bagging.
6. Supervise and train team members, check product dates, and adjust pricing as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
