Job summary

Planet Fitness Greensboro, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a part-time role at $11 per hour. You’ll greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

The position offers growth opportunities, shift-differential pay on select shifts, PTO, EAP, and a free employee Black Card Membership. Basic computer skills and being 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
