Job summary

Planet Fitness Rockingham is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior Judgement Free member experience. You will answer phones, greet and sign up members, tour new guests, log amenities, and help maintain a clean club environment.

Starting at $11 per hour with on-time increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year. This part-time role offers weekend and weeknight shifts and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
