Job summary

Planet Fitness Greensboro is seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented Team Member to provide a superior member experience at the Golden Gate location. You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, answer phones, and help maintain a clean, safe club environment.

The role requires high school diploma or GED (18+), basic computer skills, and a willingness to work a Monday-Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 1pm-9pm, with weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and newcomers.

Job Location: L031 Golden Gate - Greensboro, NC 27405

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm; Friday 1pm - 9pm; Weekends as needed.

• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Requirements

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
