Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training at our Santa Clarita club. You will learn the full director scope while personally servicing clients, helping develop trainers, and supporting department performance.

You will progress toward a full Director role, overseeing operations, revenue objectives, and member experience at the assigned club, with a focus on leadership, training, and client results.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering Personal Training or coaching.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and develop Personal Trainers.
• Interest in advancing into a Personal Training Director role.

Responsabilités

• Learn and execute the full Personal Training Director scope under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of trainers at the location.
• Coach trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
