Job summary

Crunch Fitness in California is seeking the Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full PT Director role while continuing to personally service PT clients. You will support the department at the club location, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

This role builds leadership, business, and operations skills for future Director responsibilities.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development and coach Trainers on sessions and standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements.
• Maintain client results and enrollment performance against targets.
• Support local marketing and member engagement initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and compliance in company systems.
