Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full director role while continuing to personally service Personal Training clients.

The position supports the department at the assigned club, develops trainers, drives revenue and enrollment, and delivers an exceptional member experience while building leadership, business, and operational capabilities for advancement to Personal Training Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or Crunch-listed) required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of trainers.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 sessions, guiding goals and performance.
• Coach trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Complete leadership coursework and Director readiness within set timeframes.
• Model company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
