Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC in Santa Clarita, CA, seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full Director role while continuing to service clients. You will develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollments, and deliver an exceptional member experience, building leadership and operational capabilities to advance to a full Director position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPT certification (NASM or Crunch list) preferred.
• CPR and AED certifications current required.
• Interest in advancing to a Personal Training Director role.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under the direction of the PT Director.
• Support recruitment and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and Coach Trainers on sessions and standards toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, and company standards.
• Maintain compliance with onboarding and ongoing coursework and company policies.
