Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training. This leadership-development role teaches the full PT Director duties while you continue to personally service Personal Training clients.

You will support the department at the assigned club, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience while building leadership and operational capabilities for the next step.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or Crunch list).
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full PT Director role under the PT Director's direction.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Assist in team meetings and 1:1 meetings; guide toward company goals.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership coursework and Director readiness within set timeframes.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
