Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn the full scope of the PT Director role while continuing to serve clients. You will help lead the department at a club location, develop trainers, and drive revenue and enrollment performance while delivering an exceptional member experience.

This role builds leadership, business, and operational capabilities for future Director readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or Crunch-approved) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Personal Trainers at the assigned club location.
• Service Personal Training sessions and maintain a personal client base.
• Conduct CrunchONE Kickoff sessions and convert to Fixed Recurring PT agreements.
• Achieve department revenue objectives and support marketing initiatives.
• Ensure proper client documentation and monthly results reviews.
• Maintain certifications and comply with company systems and policies.
