Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full scope of the Personal Training Director role while continuing to personally service Personal Training clients.

At the assigned club location, you will develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment performance, and deliver an exceptional member experience while building leadership and operational skills for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering Personal Training or coaching services preferred.
• Interest in advancing into a Personal Training Director role.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop trainers at a location.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full Personal Training Director role under guidance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of trainers at the club.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, coaching toward goals and standards.
• Coach trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Maintain leadership development coursework and Director readiness timelines.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
