Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full Director role while continuing to service Personal Training clients. You will support the department at the club level, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

You will work under the PT Director, taking ownership of assigned areas, and progressing toward full Director responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or equivalent) required.
• CPR and AED certification current.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full PT Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of Personal Trainers.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, providing direction and motivation.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design and client communication.
• Complete leadership development coursework within set timeframes.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
