Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to lead the department at a single club location while continuing to personally service clients. You will develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience, building leadership, business, and operational capabilities for future advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current NASM or Crunch Fitness certification.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, providing direction and motivation toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, programming, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness on time.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
