Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a Personal Training Director in Training at our San Dimas location to learn and perform the full scope of the Director role while continuing to personally service clients. You will support the PT department, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and uphold member satisfaction on the club floor.

The role emphasizes leadership development, coaching excellence, and building operational capabilities to advance to a Director position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or Crunch Fitness-listed cert).
• CPR and AED certifications current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Maintain leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements.
