Job summary

Crunch Fitness Santa Clarita is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full Director role while continuing to service Personal Training clients. This role supports the department at the club location, developing trainers, driving revenue and enrollment performance, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

The position helps build leadership, business, and operational capabilities to advance to Personal Training Director, and it reports to the PT

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering Personal Training or coaching services preferred.
• Successful track record building and retaining a personal client base preferred.
• Interest in advancing into a Personal Training Director role.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, providing direction and motivation toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements within set timeframes.
• Model Crunch Fitness standards and Core Values on the training floor.
