Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative in Parkesburg, PA. You will deliver exceptional member experiences, assist with sign-ups, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; 18+ years old.
• Basic computer proficiency required; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospects, and guests.
• Answer phones politely using information scripts.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.

Job Location: L205 Parkesburg - Parkesburg, PA 19365

Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule 1

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday: 7:45 AM - 12:45 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Total: 23 hours/week

Schedule 2

• Saturday: 6:45 AM - 2:00 PM
• Sunday: 6:45 AM - 2:00 PM
• Monday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Total: 28.5 hours/week

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

QualificationsJob Requirements

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
