Job summary

Planet Fitness in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior Judgement Free member experience. You will greet guests, assist with sign-ups, and help log amenities while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, basic computer skills, and a team-first attitude. Weekend shifts with openings, shift options, and growth opportunities are highlighted, along with PTO and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and POS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

6:45am to 3pm Saturdays and Sundays (Openings)

12pm to 7:15pm Saturdays and Sundays (Closings)

Also looking for availability to close during the week.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
