Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Pennsburg, PA to deliver a superior Judgement Free experience, greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.

The role offers growth opportunities, hourly increases after 180 days and 1 year, shift-differential pay, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance and more.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details: Job Location: L186 Pennsburg - Pennsburg, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Full - Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Required Hours:1-9 Monday & Tuesday, 5-9 Friday, 11-7 Saturday & Sunday. (36 Hrs per week)

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
