National Fitness Partners operates Planet Fitness clubs and is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Macedonia, OH. Responsible for greeting members, answering questions, signing up new members, and logging amenities to ensure a smooth, judgment-free experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and guests.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details: Job Location: L097 Macedonia - Macedonia, OH 44056, Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule Option 1: Saturday and Sunday 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM with weekday flex availability

Schedule Option 2: Saturday and Sunday 11:15 AM - 7:15 PM with weekday flex availability

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
