Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Woodlyn, PA club to deliver a superior member experience. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, tour facilities, log amenities, and promote our Judgement Free fitness environment.

This is a part-time position with starting pay at $11 per hour. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, tied to anniversary dates.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details:

Job Location: L124 Woodlyn - Woodlyn, PA 19094, Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Saturdays - 11:15am - 7:15pm | Thursdays - 7am - 3pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
