Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Oxford, PA location to greet members, answer inquiries, process transactions and support the club team.

You will handle member questions, signups and basic computer tasks while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment; starting pay is $12 per hour with scheduled increases after 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job Details: Job Location: L204 Oxford - Oxford, PA 19363, Part-Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule 1: Sunday 10am-5pm , Tuesday & Thursday 8am-3pm

Schedule 2: Tue-Friday 5pm-10pm

Schedule 3: Saturday & Sunday 2pm-7pm , Monday 5pm-10pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
