Job summary

National Fitness Partners seeks a Customer Service Representative in Noblesville, IN. This role handles member interactions, sign-ups, tours and inquiries, delivering the Judgement Free experience Planet Fitness is known for.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting members, processing purchases at the POS, and promoting PE@PF classes while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Shift: First ShiftPart- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Available Shifts:

• Saturday & Sunday 6:45 AM - 2 PM, 11 AM - 7:15 PM
• Monday & Tuesday 12 PM - 6 PM
• Tuesday - Thursday 5 PM - 11:15 PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
