Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Newton, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness members and guests, delivering a Judgement Free experience.

Responsibilities include greeting and signing up new members, answering questions, processing sales at POS, promoting PE@PF classes, and maintaining a clean, safe club environment. Competitive pay with hourly increases over time, and growth opportunities.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Multiple Positions Needed

Monday through Friday 4:45 am to 9 am

OR

Monday through Thursday 8 am to 2 pm

Saturdays 1 pm to 7:15 pm
