Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Holyoke, MA. Start at $15 per hour with scheduled increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter.

Role focuses on delivering a Judgement Free member experience, greeting members, signing up new guests, answering phones, and handling POS transactions. You’ll join a team committed to growth, accountability, and helping members transform their lives through

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Interest in fitness or wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests.
• Answer phones professionally using information script.
• Greet new members and sign them up, logging amenities.
• Respond to questions promptly and politely.
• Process purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes and club programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
