Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Maryland Easton is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, sign up new members, and process purchases in our Planet Fitness clubs. This full-time role features starting pay at $15 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter, plus benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Greet members, answer questions, and assist sign-ups.
• Provide friendly, professional, and prompt assistance to members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
