Planet Fitness in Statesville, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and help log amenities. The role emphasizes a Judgement Free experience and friendly, efficient service.

Work hours include evenings and some weekends with shifts from 4:00 PM to 9:15 PM or later; starting pay is $11 per hour with increases based on tenure at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

Competenze

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service to members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
