Job summary

SITEMETRIC LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for on-site work at Sullivan, IN. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics to ensure security and smooth site operations.

The role requires strong customer-service skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to support various sites nationwide. Travel may be required, with shift-based hours and proactive problem solving expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience under pressure.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and task prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proactive in taking on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate worker registration and badging on site.
• Ensure badges are scanned and identity verified for headcounts.
• Manage parking passes and ensure pass compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries, maintain logs for customers.
• Provide access-control support and troubleshoot related issues.
• Assist with ad-hoc access-control tasks for customers.
