Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time, day shifts at one or more local sites and customer construction projects. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor handling, while supporting other access control needs on-site.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, are able to pass licensing requirements, and communicate clearly in English. Flexibility for field travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone entering and leaving the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries and create written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc access control duties to support customers as needed.
