Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to support on-site security and access for customer construction sites. You will handle worker registration, badging, and visitor management, while ensuring safety and smooth operations at multiple local sites.

This part-time role requires a proactive approach, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to work in a shift-based, field-based environment with travel across sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable and proactive in taking on responsibility.
• Willingness to support customers and team on access control needs.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance on site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned for identity.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries and create records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with additional access control tasks as needed.
