Job summary

Sitemetric seeks an Access Control Officer to support on-site construction projects. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, visitor and delivery management, and providing frontline support to customers and the Sitemetric team.

This field-based, shift-based position requires in-person work, travel to job sites, excellent professionalism, and strong English communication. OSHA 10/30 certification is required, with flexibility for changing schedules to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage site access and comply with security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and record headcounts.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking tasks.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
