Qualifications

• 2+ years in pharma/biopharma or related healthcare sales.
• Must score highly on disease and product training exams and be annually certified.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Credentialing requirements for healthcare providers must be met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies.
• Use digital tools and data insights to drive sales execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
