Job summary

Lundbeck, a global neuroscience company, is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager for the Findlay/Toledo East, OH area. You will lead promotion, implement sales/marketing plans and leverage clinical knowledge to drive performance in psychiatry.

You will manage relationships, develop integrated account plans, address payer issues, and navigate a fast-changing market while meeting credentialing requirements. Travel locally to serve customers and promote Lundbeck products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams, with annual certification.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty; valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Must meet credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and lead account strategy to maximize sales performance.
• Deliver compelling messages, assess customer needs and close calls with action commitments.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships with a total office approach.
• Map market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
