Job summary

Vanda Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Account Manager (Psychiatry) to lead field sales in the Indianapolis, IN West territory, driving growth for CNS-focused therapies.

You will deliver value through product education, build relationships with psychiatrists and community mental health centers, manage budgets, and ensure compliant promotion and reporting. This role requires a BS/BA with GPA >3.0, 3+ years pharma sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must reside within territory geography.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on strategy directions for product promotion.
• Analyze local market, develop and monitor performance to maximize product use.
• Maintain current product, disease, competitive and market reimbursement knowledge.
• Manage travel and promotional expenses within budget.
