Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead a psychiatry-focused field team in the Pacific Northwest. You will set strategic direction, coach managers, and drive sales across our psychiatry portfolio near Portland and Seattle, with travel up to 70% to engage providers and care teams.

The role requires proven sales leadership in pharma/biopharma, and a track record of developing teams, launching products, and meeting financial goals within Lundbeck.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3+ years sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceuticals, Biologics or related.
• Internal candidates must have 1 year Commercial experience in areas such as Sales Management, Training, Market Access, Sales Operations, or Marketing or 2 years consistent sales success within Lundbeck.
• Documented track record of sales success and financial management.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to develop, train and provide feedback to a group of account managers.
• Meeting and complying with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities is required.
• Previous CNS sales management experience.
• Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points.

• Ensures Account Managers craft effective Lundbeck messages for providers and payers.
