Job summary

Luye Pharma USA Ltd in Nashville region seeks a Psychiatric Account Manager to build relationships with healthcare experts, CMHCs, and IDNs across Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville and surrounding areas. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Marketing and Operations to drive pull-through strategies.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare sales, psychiatric experience, and proven account management skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge strongly preferred.
• CMHC/hospital/institutional account management experience preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals preferred.
• Must live near territory boundaries.
• Proven track record in a high science competitive selling environment.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and build strong customer relationships.
• Self-starter with strong motivation; excellent communication, analytics and account management.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts.

• Develop deep product knowledge and understand local market trends.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner; execute brand strategy in territory.
• Participate in training and development programs; maintain compliance with policies.
