Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to deliver care in a warm, home-like environment at Bay Square at Yarmouth. You will assist residents with daily living tasks and provide emotional support in a team setting.

Part-time days 6am-2pm are available, with additional full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities. A pay rate of $19.50–$20.75 per hour is offered, with benefits and growth options.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Bay Square at Yarmouth is looking for a compassionate PCA/PSS/CNA to join our team! As a Personal Care Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part Time Days 6am-2pm

Additional Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Opportunities!

$19.50-$20.75/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
