Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Yarmouth, ME, is seeking a compassionate CNA/PSS/CNA to join our team for part-time evening shifts (Thu–Sat, 2pm–10pm). The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a warm, home-like setting and includes per diem opportunities. Hourly pay ranges from $19.50 to $20.75.

Previous experience in skilled nursing or dementia care is preferred but not required. Licensed CNAs or equivalent are encouraged to apply; bonuses and benefits are available, including holidays

is looking for a compassionate PCA/PSS/CNA to join our team! As a Personal Care Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part Time Evenings Thursday-Saturday 2p-10p

Additional Part Time and Per Diem Opportunities!

$19.50-$20.75/HR

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
