Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Bay Square at Yarmouth is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to deliver care in a warm, home-like environment. The role supports residents with daily living activities and emotional well-being.

This part-time evening position offers flexible scheduling Thursday-Saturday 2p-10p, with additional per diem opportunities and a competitive hourly wage of $19.50 to $20.75. We offer paid training, a 401k plan with company match, health, vision, and dental benefits,

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

$19.50-$20.75/HR
