Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Yarmouth, ME is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to deliver care in a warm, home-like setting. Full-time days, 6am-2pm, with additional opportunities for FT, PT and Per Diem. Compensation ranges from $19.50 to $20.75 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

CNA/HHA/LNA license required; prior dementia care experience preferred. Join our team to provide exceptional resident support, engage residents in activities, and document care accurately.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Bay Square at Yarmouth is looking for a compassionate PCA/PSS/CNA to join our team! As a Personal Care Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Days 6am-2pm

Additional Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Opportunities!

$19.50-$20.75/HR

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
