Job summary

Bay Square at Yarmouth is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA/PSS/CNA) to join our caring team and deliver high-quality resident care in a home-like setting.

Part Time Evenings: Thursday-Saturday, 2pm-10pm, with additional part-time and per diem opportunities. Pay ranges from $19.50 to $20.75 per hour, with benefits included for eligible staff.

Experience with dementia preferred; CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS licenses encouraged; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license (valid).
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment preferred.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
• Other duties as needed.

Part Time Evenings Thursday-Saturday 2p-10p

Additional Part Time and Per Diem Opportunities!

$19.50-$20.75/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
