Job summary

Resolve Pain Solutions is seeking a Manager, Provider Recruitment & Engagement to lead the physician and APP talent lifecycle across the organization’s markets, from sourcing through licensing, credentialing, onboarding, productive start, and early-tenure engagement.

The Manager will maintain an active pipeline of physician and APP candidates, coordinate a high-quality candidate experience, support offer development and closing, and ensure provider starts are not delayed by licensing,

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in physician recruitment, APP recruitment, provider relations, or healthcare talent acquisition.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines, interviews, site visits, offer processes, and candidates through start.
• Experience with physician or APP licensing, credentialing, onboarding, or provider-start processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple active searches.
• Ability to travel regularly to practice markets and candidate visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the physician and APP talent lifecycle across markets from sourcing to start.
• Maintain provider recruiting pipeline records and candidate experience.
• Coordinate licensing, credentialing, onboarding, and start readiness.
• Support offer development, compensation inputs, and closing strategy.
• Produce recurring recruiting, onboarding, vacancy, and provider-engagement reports.
